Hello,
At Grocapitus, we buy and manage very large apartment complexes throughout the United States. We currently have many full time VAs, all working 40 to 50 hours a week. We are adding two FULL TIME person to our team as our company is growing.
We are hiring new full timers. The right candidates will perform a mix of virtual assistant and customer service representative duties. They will pull reports, do marketing and research tasks and run audit tasks. They will make phone calls to potential clients (no cold calls, all of our calls are made to people that have interest in our services). Our VAs stay for a long time and tend to be very satisfied with their positions.
FULL TIME POSITION, 40-50 HOURS A WEEK, 8 AM TO 5 PM PST, AND WILL REQUIRE YOUR FULL FOCUS. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO TAKE OTHER JOBS WITH THIS, SO KEEP IT IN MIND. OCCASIONAL SATURDAY WORK REQUIRED (UP TO 2 HOURS).

• Perform market research
• Create presentations, as assigned
• Provide customer service as first point of contact
Key Qualifications
• Must be proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Administrative skills required
• Excellent English communication skills
• Proficient with Goggle Suite (Gmail, Calendar, etc)
• Time management skills required
• Ability to work as part of a collaborative team remotely
• Candidate must be very organized and detail oriented
• Candidate must be service driven with excellent customer service skills
• Creative problem solver and highly adaptable to client needs
• With Real Estate Experience ( but not required )
