Live Customer Support and On-boarding Rep

Looking for a smart, energetic, great attitude, PHONE Representative to assist with on-boarding new clients signups into our Software Platform and Network.

The job hours are Monday - Thursday 10am - 7pm EST and Friday 10-3pm EST [hour on Friday may vary depending on the time of the year]

You will be working from Acuity and or Calendly app and will be calling our new sign up who requested to be contact at a schedule date and time for their on-boarding and training call.

You will be having a phone and VIDEO Conferencing [Zoom and or Skype] call with them for their scheduled session. The goal is to give them "a warm welcome" to our company, learning about them and their business, review their info in the system to make sure we have the right information, find out what their needs and goals are and mark our system with proper notes, summary and interaction with them. You will then need to send them email [templates will be in our system] depending on the conversation and their requests for products and needs.

6. Are a "REAL PEOPLES PERSON" and are comfortable with Voice and Video conference calling!
7. Have experience with and or "a quick learner" with Technology and Software
Experience with: Google Docs, Excel, Slack, Skpye, HasOffers, Cake, InfusionSoft or other CRMs a big plus!
