Video Editor Needed

I'm seeking a video editing expert who can take longer (4-30 min) videos and break them into 3-6 (more for the longer videos) 30-60 second “teaser” sections that can be posted on instagram.

I also need the longer versions converted into Instragram Stories fortmat.

Some clips will need to be titled and captioned. (both to be provided by you) I will provide the MP4 video file.

I'll need you to select certain sections of the video and clip it together with some intro and outro text I will provide (to match my specifications).

This could be an ongoing job for the right person, who can provide similar editing services like this for a number of my clients.

Though I would like to bring a little fun and creativity to this project, I do want the clips to have a clean look. Your suggestions are welcome.

The right candidate will excellent command of the English language and the ability to turn around work within 24 hours of request.
