Manage all aspects of customer service for our real estate and ecommerce business. Respond to customers, send welcome and follow-up messages, trouble shoot, and make sure that the customer is always happy.
Must be people focused, love talking with people, even when they are screaming at you, and very good at follow-through. Bonus points for someone who is:
- Can keep very detailed records
- Recognize trends, and opportunities
- Good at scheduling
