You help us to pursue our mission “make people smile” and therefore you are responsible for the content of our viral online quizzes. Together in the team, consisting of several editors and graphic designers, you develop new ideas and create content that thrills our users. You work conceptually and focus on the emotional language of images. To do so, you can use our internal pool of images, pick the best ones (that guarantee lots of clicks) and take care of the image editing. At the same time you are always on the lookout for emerging trends on the internet and Social Media and looking to bring them to the channels of social sweethearts.

Your Requirements:

? You bring creativity and the necessary impact for the emotional language of images

? You have a desire to create positive experiences for our users

? You are experienced in creating layouts and graphics, even under time pressure

? You have good Adobe Photoshop knowledge or other graphic processing software

? You are not afraid of using a CMS and can store quizzes in our backend

? You have a sense for click-generating topics and catchy headlines

? You are excited about the Internet and thus always up-to-date when it comes to the latest Social Media trends

? You can send us references with your application documents

? You are reliable, a team player and work enthusiastically

? Entrepreneurial thinking, solution-oriented and independent working round off your profile
- Develop strong knowledge of our technical tools, CMS and our best-practices; share this knowledge with your colleagues and new team members in the editorial team to help them achieve their goals

How we proceed:

Please attach to your application example quizzes you have made in the past. If we are happy with these results, we will start with the first test of 3 hours, after this, we will check your results and decide whether we continue the work with you.

If this test is successful, you can expect a long-term job up to 40 hours/week.
