Need a designer for several t-shirt designs

Hello,
i'm looking for an experienced designer in the t-shirt business. It would also be an advantage if he knows his way around research and can find lucrative niches and the corresponding designs.

conditions:
- prices
-- Simple designs. $1.50 per design
-- complex designs: $4.00 per design
- graphic format: 4500 x 5400 px
- file format as vector graphic and adobe illustrator file
- designs must be created by yourself
- use of free vector graphics not permitted
