Key Responsibilities of the role involve:
> Provide back-up online support to our guests
> Provide online support to our tenants
> Provide online support to our investors
> Handle call enquiries
> Be able to engage in conversations and market our business to warm leads

> You have a background in marketing/sales and able to handle conversations with warm leads/prospects
> You are a people person
> You are committed
> You must be customer driven
> You have good phone contact handling skills and an active listener
> You are smart, flexible, trainable and reliable
> You have excellent communications skills (written and oral)
