Who is LakiKid?
LakiKid is a company that helps kids with special learning needs like Autism, ADHD, Sensory Processing Disorder by providing support, education, and products. It was created based on the founder's experience of raising his son who has Autism and ADHD. We run an online support group with 1600+ parents, have helped over 9K+ kids with our products since our inception in 2017, our products are also being used in 300+ Locations including NBA Arenas, Football and Baseball stadiums, aquariums and zoos across the United States as part of KultureCity’s Sensory Inclusive Initiative program. We are working on launching an exciting new program called Sensory Inclusive Classroom, which take the programs that we have in NBA stadiums to the classroom where kids can be successful in school as well through the inclusive environment.
Tasks
*You will carry out market research and aim to craft relevant posts gear toward educators
* You will be responsible for scheduling posts at specific times of the day and assigning relevant hashtags.
* Creating engaging social media stories
* Identify and research prospective influencers in the relevant field.
* following similar pages with strong influences and engaging on their pages, to attract their followers.
* Engaging with any accounts and comments on the post once it goes live.
* Use template responses to manage existing customer relationships, ensuring opportunities are always followed up (building relationship with strong influencers in a similar field).
* Photo editing skills desirable
The Social Media Manager serves as the front liner to our New Customer base mainly Educators and Schools and Promote our new school program (Sensory Inclusive Classroom)
The primary responsibility will be to provide Social Media Marketing with, timely and complete sales and support service to all existing online platforms of Sensory Inclusive Classroom Program
The Social Media Manager will also provide Customer-specific sales building solutions by leveraging Inquiries, reviews and effectively overcome selling objections.
Additionally, the Social Media Manager should be a skilled communicator with the ability to unlock and understand the business needs of potential Customers, translate product features into benefits.

**Position Shift and Schedule**
This is a full-time position working 7:00am to 4:00pm PST time, Monday through Friday.
**Requirements**
-1+ Year Customer Service, Sales, or Call Center experience in a remote office environment
- 1+ Years of experience as Social Media Manager (Proficient in
-Google Docs and Sheets Proficient
-Familiar with Hubspot CRM(optional)
-Proactive - Responsive to our fellow team members and manager
