Advertiser & Tech Virtual Assistant for Affiliate Marketing Company

We are looking for a virtual assistant to help us take care of our daily advertiser integration and tech assignments.
The candidate will be in-charge on the advertiser integration process and will directly communicate with the advertiser's dev teams and tech representatives.

The right candidate must have the following skills

- Great attention to details and very organized.
- Excellent human and communication relations.
- High level of patience and professionalism.
- English on a high / mother tongue writing and speaking level is a Must /mandatory.
- Min of 1 year of virtual assistant work experience is a MUST / mandatory.
- Internet savvy is a MUST / Mandatory.
- Affiliate Marketing / Media Buying work experience is an advantage.
- Min of 1 year of marketing coordinator / Affiliate Manager / Media Buyer / or any other Online Marketing / Digital Marketing work experience is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Has Offers / Cake / Volumm / Thrive / Affise tracking systems is a big advantage.
- Good MS excel / Google spreadsheets skills.
- Ability to manage your own time.
- Willing to follow very specific instructions and procedures.
- Willing to work during night or weekend times.
- Part time job – up to 80 hours per month.
