Local SEO EXPERT Needed

My agency is looking for an experienced SEO expert to rank and manage all of our client websites (we currently have over 15). We currently have a team of 7 VAs in the Philippines. Your job will be to rank our websites here in the united states while guiding and managing our team of VAs to assist you in doing so. We focus primarily on local businesses here in the united states including pool builders, real estate investors, and local contractors.

Requirements:
- Must have experience ranking local websites to the #1 spots on google (Page 1 is not enough. We need a pro who can rank in the top of the maps and organic)
- Must be a backlinking EXPERT with knowledge on how to use majestic, ahrefs, etc
- Must be able to add content and do on-site optimization at an expert level across multiple platforms including weebly, wordpress, wix, squarespace, and more
- Must know how to use Google sheets
- Must be GREAT at SEO and be able to show previous projects that you've ranked
- Must be good at english and able to create loom videos ( ---------- ) for myself and the team.
- Must have knowledge of Majestic TF/CF and what makes backlinks relevant
- Must know EXACTLY how to do on-site SEO so that content and websites rank

Our Team Currently Consists Of:
- A Content Writer
- An intermediate level backlinker
- A basic level backlinker
- A web 2.0 creator
- A general assistant
- A PBN manager
- A google adwords expert

Responsibilities:
- Ranking our client websites in Google into the highest spots and making sure our clients are generating leads through SEO and seeing an ROI
- Managing our team of VAs to help you rank our websites
- Communicating with me on a weekly basis to be sure our campaigns are moving in the right direction

The Right Candidate:
- Is an action taker and knows how to get the job done. We do not want you waiting around for approval to get tasks done, you will be expect to lead the charge on our SEO projects.
- Has a proven track record of ranking local websites in the United States and will have a list of websites to show
- Has a "whatever it takes" attitude in ranking websites in Google and is willing to put in any amount of hours necessary to rank our projects
