Expert Writer Needed for Articles, and ebooks

I need a top-notch full time writer who has an excellent command of the English language and can conduct research.

The subjects will be very random and no background in a specific genre is needed.

Requirements:
1. Must be okay with Skype chat and discussions. We are a team and must be able to communicate.
2. Must be able to conduct a chat meeting at 8am (Philippines time) M-F.
3. Must understand on-Page SEO.
4. Must be creative and proactive.
5. Honest and open communication at all times.
6. Must be looking for a long term job. I don't want to spend time and money training someone who will just leave in a couple of months.

A Plus:
a. Has experience with off page SEO
b. Has experience with Spinning Articles
c. If you have written an ebook before, then that is a MAJOR plus but not required.
d. A knowledge of blogging and basic html for creating links and such.
