Social Media Marketing Specialist

Job Scope:
• Planning and executing digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic (with the right audience) to our social media sites and webpages
• Measuring and reporting the results of the campaigns
• Provide weekly reports on traffic across social media channels and websites
• Maintaining our social media presence across all channels
• Work to consistently increase our social media reach and engagement with existing audiences, while developing new ideas and strategies to identify and capture new audiences within our targeted demographics
• Create compelling copies and creatives to be posted on social media
• Conduct daily community management to answer and address queries or concerns from customers, with the aim of creating a stronger sense of community with our customers
• Brainstorm for new and innovative ways to drive growth to brand
• Update website with current and compelling content

Job Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years relevant, hands-on digital marketing experience especially with Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest etc
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative problem solver
• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics
• Up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends
• Excellent grasp of social media and website metrics and best practices
• Knowledge of SEO will be an advantage
• Knowledge of English & Tagalog
