Skilled Webmaster

We are looking for a web master to help us handle many of the website requests we get from clients. We are a website company with over 400 clients whom we carefully service.
We have built our own custom CMS ecommerce platform which has become the best in our industry. Some of our clients are not very tech-savvy, and need help with the administration of their websites.

Your tasks will include:
* Communicating with our customer support team to better understand the requests from clients
* Reading tickets in trello or hubspot, and carrying out the tasks inside
* Learning our CMS and all its functionality, and eventually becoming proficient using it.

We are looking for someone who:
* Is extremely diligent, and can handle a steady stream of tasks
* Is a great communicator, and is not afraid to ask questions
* Is extremely RELIABLE
* Understands technology and is very comfortable using the web
* Understands marketing and ecommerce concepts
* Is organized, and doesn't lose track of requests.
