He/she must possess the following characteristics:

a) Willing to learn new things like softwares, techniques etc. (We use new software from time-to-time).
b) Productive at work, not trying to take short cuts (We know how to spot persons who're lazy, or trying to smoke).
c) Responsible (Be accountable for tasks assign to you, making sure its completed within given time frame).
d) Responsive (Respond to our messages with decent speed).
e) Have initiatives (Proactive in helping us to be more productive).
f) Open communication (Will openly discuss any work-related issues with us, not simply keep quiet).
