redesign and bug fixing of android application and bug fixing/ functionality add in php dashboard

A cashback/reward giving android application with its back end in PHP/MYSQL needs to be redesigned. There a few present functionalities needs to be removed and a few new functionalities needs to be added along with the layout modifications.

Sample of the new layout designs will be provided for the application.
