Sales Administrator

Engineering company in UK + US with global customer base is seeking a Sales Administrator.
The role provides support to customers by email or phone, who require help with the following

1, Processing of customer orders – keeping customers up to date on delivery states, shipment info, review of contracts.

2, Managing customers products returned for repair - keeping customers up to date on delivery states, shipment info, review of contracts

3. Arranging product global shipments

4, General Company Admin tasks as needed.

$450-$550 USD per month, 40Hrs /Week working US office ---------- ndidate must have own PC + fast reliable broadband.
