Our company is a full-service real estate wholesale operation and we are looking for a talented, hard-working, focused lead intake associate to handle inbound phone calls. You would be speaking with leads generated from web, e-mail, direct mail, or other marketing campaigns who are interested in selling their property.

You will be using Podio / InvestorFuse as a CRM to track these leads and you would be expected to become an expert with the system. You will also be working alongside our cold calling associate, administrative manager, sales associate and other team members to make sure that the process runs smoothly from start to finish.

The job role may expand or change if you are capable and hard working! This could lead to increased responsibilities AND a pay increase!

MUST be consistent, on time, and able to work independently. We do not tolerate unmotivated or unresponsive employees in our ---------- munication is key!
