Setting up, managing and optimising search ads and PPC campaigns on Google/Bing/Yahoo and on various social media
Analysing analytics to identify areas of opportunity and utilise conversion rate optimisation tactics, like A/B testing, to squeeze as much ROI as possible out of each dollar spent.
Personalising and optimising sales and conversion funnels.
Provide timely analysis of social media campaigns, develop usable takeaways.
Able to provide reports on trends identified that will help promote the brand in a positive and profitable manner.
Coordinate with other departments in generating reports on the results of various campaigns.
Qualifications
Experience and expertise in SEM content marketing/growth.
Experience of working in a conversion-based role.
Experience in using key social media platforms such as
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
Keen learner, able to demonstrate an understanding of trends in western markets, high attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills and experience of balancing multiple projects at once.
Strong communications skills (written, verbal and presentation).
Additional points, but not required: Ability to organise and prepare landing page and conversion tests together with creative, brand, acquisition and optimisation including A/B tests and tests by using conversion optimisation tools.

This is remote employment (Philippines) and requires you to work within a EU or US Time Zone (PDT/PST).
