Video Editor/ Explainer Video

I am looking for a video editor who can work periodically for me on an hourly basis (hours will be tracked with hubstaff) as projects come up. I will need a variety of video styles:

1) Taking raw footage, and improving it such as altering the lighting, changing the background, adding music, creating text wrapping and optimizing the video for social media.

2) Created explainer videos, animated, whiteboard or with images and video clips. For these you will be provided with an audio file and need to create the video to go along with the audio file.
