Mechanical Engineer Needed For Development of a Suspension Railway Transport System

We are looking to create a suspension railway for rapid transport of goods in a warehouse. We need an engineer with relevant education and experience to help us design the suspension and switching gear that allows carriages to quickly and reliably switch from one track to another.

The project should result in construction drawings showing individual parts, using appropriate materials, and with dimensions to support the required loads. Cost and ease of manufacture must be considered. The design should include electric motors for propulsion and switching, and sensors to control the switching process. Further details will be made available when the project starts, and are subject to a non-disclosure agreement.

Project duration is expected to be a few weeks. However, there is more work to be done, so further employment is definitely Upgrade to see actual infopensation will be agreed upon as part of the hiring process.
