U.S. based real estate investment firm seeks hard working, highly motivated VA and bookkeeper. Must be detail oriented, technology savvy, and possess excellent English skills.
Position involves basic book keeping, setting up and cancelling utilities and insurance, obtaining repair estimates from contractors, preparing invoices, compiling marketing lists, maintaining files, booking travel, scheduling, answering inbound calls, etc.
Requirements:
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and G Suite apps.
- Experience with accounting and bookkeeping.
• Outbound call experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Ability to follow instructions and produce accurate work.
• Must be willing to commit to this job alone.
• Some real estate experience preferred.
Hardware Requirements:
• 5 MBPS or higher Internet (hardwired / not WIFI).
• Private and quiet dedicated home office area.
• Dual display configuration.
• Back-ups in case of power or Telcom interruptions.
• Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset).
Work hours are Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm CST, including a 1 hour meal break.
