Senior Technical Leader - Architectural Firm

Seeking experienced team/project leader for expanding New Zealand based architectural firm.

Key ability is to lead our outsourcing team and deliver on design and drafting work for our client’s and meet business goals. 

The Role
As the Team Leader your main responsibilities will be to:
· Ensure the team delivers a high standard of results
· Ensure all work is error free and accurate
· Ensure team delivers excellence
· Manage the technical preparation of plan sets
· Undertake peer review and sign off/approve the release of work
· Liaise closely with our NZ team and assist with managing project deliveries to ensure deadlines are met.

The Person
In order to be successful in this role you will have:
· Architectural Experience- residential design New Zealand or Australia a must
· Experience leading a team 
· An excellent knowledge of the NZ Building code and extensive experience with Councils and consents would secure this position
· Experience with ArchiCad Software or similar
· Be results oriented with excellent organisation and communication skills.
