HELP me become a little less crazy [edit: a lot less crazy].
We are a growing Professional Services firm based in New Zealand seeking assistance with the creation and implementation of our companies operating systems and workflow processes.
We are also seeking someone to work closely with the owner to help manage day-to-day operations. We operate an outsource model with a technician base in the Philippines. This is a dynamic role where your first task will be to write your own job description.
We seek a proactive go-getter, maybe someone who has had experience in developing franchise business models in the past. Someone with business management and administration experience. Someone wanting to stretch themselves to a C-Level position. Experience at an operational management level would be an advantage, as would experience in BPO and in setting up and running remote teams.
Our vision is to become the McDonalds, Uber, AirBnB of our industry... therefore having experience with the development and implementation of Marketplace Platforms would most likely secure you this position.
