Video Editor for Online course

I am planning to make an online course for udemy and I need a video editor to do the edits for me. I prefer who uses Camtasia to edit my videos. Ideally the output video will take 10-15 mins for every chapter lesson.

You must be:
-Able to make my video look professional
-Higher response rate when there's emergency situations like quick edit on the video
-An expert on Camtasia software
-Able to make visual edits for thumbnails using Photoshop

Approximately the job will last for 6-9 months.
