Illustrator For Apparel Design

I run a print on demand business in the through amazon's Merch By Amazon partnership. I am looking to hire a designer for making custom T-Shirt designs. The designer should be able to perform the following tasks.
1) Be fluent in English as English language will be the medium of communication
2) Be good with typographic designs.
3) Have flexible work timings as this is my side business and I might not be available sometimes.
4) Be able to develop clean cliparts that could complement the typographic designs.
5) Have the capability of completing atleast 25 designs in a week.
