product research for dropshipping

I am currently seeking to hire a va to find good selling products that can be dropshipped onto amazon,ebay, or both. I have a ebay as well as a amazon store already but do not have time to find products. I am willing to pay up to 400/month depending on how many products you can find me and how well they sell and if it they do well then i can pay even higher. I will need products and the distributor.I will list them and handle the orders as well but may be willing to pay more to have that handled as well.
