How We Will Communicate
Bi-Weekly video conference meetings for up to 1 to hour for same-page meeting with GM, Dir of Resources, and/or supporting team members
Day to day communication primarily via Google Chat (Hangout) and
TeamWork will be used to create and manage all tasks
Weekly written report to be provided of work accomplished

Experience
3+ years experience as a Virtual Assistant serving high-performing, fast-paced entrepreneurs and/or business owners
Skills and Technical Knowledge
Highly fluent in using Google Calendar, Outlook, Google Search, Gmail, Google Chat
Mentality and Personality Approach to Work
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Enjoy a high-paced, multitasking environment to move many initiatives forward at the same time
Outstanding communicator
VERY proactive thinker
Nimble and agile - able to recognize prioritization changes and react accordingly
