Cold caller virtual assistance/ Real Estate Outbound calls

Looking for someone with excellent customer service skills. This position will entail calling private homeowners of vacant properties to see if they are interested in selling their property.

Dialer system will be provided to dial out numbers. Must be able to call 100+ calls a hour, script are provided with training. You will be responsible for asking then a few questions, documenting the information in our CRM and reporting back to me on the updated information.

Must be fluent English speaker. Looking for someone Part time.

Qualification:

-Must be able to make calls between 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM EST. 3 hours a day. 5 days/week
-Must be reliable, need to be able to consistently work remotely with supervision in a quiet location.
-Tech savvy, Need to know how to use a smartphone, google, and learn how to use web based applications we have. (we can teach you too)
-Typical Skills, must be able to type notes while on the phone with prospects- following our process.
-Must have a desktop or laptop with high speed internet access.

Bonus- if you know how to use Excel, you have a head start.
