Audio Editor of Spoken Word

Would be looking for audio edits in a sporadic time frame (some months we may have 1 edit of a 10 minute clip; 1-3 times a year we may have a course (around 18-25 hours of audio editing), and sometimes will require transcription (in English) for the smaller clips (not for the course long edits).

The audio is spoken word (in English) and edits would be removing breaths, wet noises, lip smacking and the like. Sometimes the "uhh's" and "umm's" in addition to extended dead spaces in the audio can be shortened, but this would be for audio clips we would be using solely for audio purposes, as their will be a mix of edits for pure audio and edits being done to audio that we will be realigning with video.
