A. ADMINISTRATIVE
1. Prepares and assists on administrative requirement such as but not limited to minutes taking, reports, photo documentation, document organization and other clerical related tasks.
B. ESTIMATES AND METHODOLOGY
1. Prepares and assists on project estimation.
2. Prepares and assists on scope work and methodology, Gantt chart, work breakdown structures, risk assessment and control and other construction monitoring and evaluation tool.
3. Prepares and assists on development guidelines.
4. Identifies milestones necessary in preparing for development.
5. Assists in bid conference and contract awarding.
C. SITE ASSISTANCE OR FIELD WORKS
1. Assists in the preparation of construction plans, Gantt chart, photo documentation and other documentation related to the construction.
2. Understands and interprets construction plans.
3. Assists in the acquiring of government and non-government permits related to the construction.
4. Assists in the construction mobilization and demobilization.
5. Conducts construction site visit on a regular basis to check contractors’ compliances in accordance to set timeline, quality and safety standards.
6. Assists in the supervision of workers at the site.
7. Assists in the coordination with construction management, general contractor, subcontractor, 3rd party vendors.
8. Prepares reviews and submits construction report as required by reporting line.
9. Conducts punch list.
10. Reports punch list result to immediate leader.
11. Practices and complies with basic occupational safety and health.
12. Practices and complies with construction safety and health.
13. Practices and complies with emergency first aid at work.
14. Adheres to work schedule and location as advised and instructed by reporting line.
D. DESIGNING
1. Prepares and assists on project design.
2. Prepares actual design in collaboration with architects, engineers and consultant.
3. Provides inputs to the architects, engineers, business and other planners on the over-all design/scheme as for the project as we all as the design parameters and guidelines
E. PROJECT MANAGEMENT
1. Conducts business planning and business development.
2. Conducts bid conference and contract awarding.
3. Handling of legal, permits and licenses application.
4. Submits and ensures permits and licenses are granted.
5. Manages project by initiating planning, executing, controlling and completing turn over works/project in accordance to set timeline, budget and company’s quality and safety standards.
