Graphic Designer with strong skillset

Our company ( ---------- ) is looking for a full-time Graphic designer who can fit our somewhat unique work position.

Working remotely is a given.

Our company:
A fully distributed company with 20+ staff. Mostly from Eastern Europe but also in India and the ---------- n by a CEO and CTO, both frequent travelers (so called digital nomads).

We have big plans and we are looking for somebody to join us in our vision. We are self-funded (bootstrapping). We have a bonus program (for long term employees min 6months), we provide a lot of freedom (determine your own work hours), work with agile (kanban) method and our main tools are Asana (project management), Teamrack (intranet with team chat made by ourselves).

Above all we are looking for a responsible person who will take his work seriously, will be upfront on what you expect and what might cause issues for you with the work you are given. You is expected to finish your tasks by the time you is given ( timeframe is provided and calculated from previous working members on the team from the same field )

The responsibilities of the applicant will be as following:

Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
Conceptualize original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex roadblocks
Design logos for brands
Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
Design and deliver a variety of designs and assets in suitable formats
Design high-converting sales pages and landing pages
Design user-friendly interfaces for web applications
Edit product videos for sales pages
Create graphics for a blog, websites, and social media
Build a web page using Kyvio ( ---------- )

And these are the following requirements needed to fill the job space efficiently:


Proficient in using Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere, and other image/video editing tools
Experience working remotely and autonomously
Proven work experience as a graphic designer (Portfolio required)
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
up-to-date with the latest web trends, techniques and technologies
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
