Detailed Oriented, Tech Savvy Marketing & Virtual Assistant Wanted Part Time

We are looking for a detailed oriented, tech savvy person to work from home helping launch our multiple marketing methods, generate sales and client reports, manage company social media accounts, and assist with new client onboarding.

The ideal candidate should be very tech savvy, able to communicate through multiple channels, and super organized. The virtual assistant will also be responsible for tracking and managing expenses and payments.

All processes are documented and easy to follow with video tutorials. Assistance will be required with creating new process documents and updating existing ones.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

These are the skills you must already have in order to qualify for this position:

** Good Communication Skills: You will be communicating on behalf of our company and sales team. You must be very comfortable conversing via the phone and online chat.

** Detail Oriented: You must be able to meticulously follow directions. All of our processes are documented and detailed.

** Coachable: You will be working with both of the co-founders of the company and our sales team.

** Team Oriented: You will be part of our team. We thrive on a collaborative and a friendly work environment.

** Self Starter: You will be working from home and must be able to manage your schedule and time effectively.
