Mobile App (Ionic) and PHP backend developer

Our company has an active app, both iOS and Android, built using IONIC. Our development team has become more and more unreliable, and deliverables are increasingly delayed. We need someone dedicated to help continued development and join our new team. If you can prove competent and learn our product fast, this could grow into a full time development position with our company as well as other projects we have in the pipeline. We also have a web portal (admin panel), which is built in PHP, so PHP will be a critical skill. Also needing help with a custom API integration with another platform. Their API is fully documented, so we just need to code our backend to communicate with theirs. Require experience and knowledge in the following technologies: PHP ( CakePHP framework), MySQL, MailGun email management (not required by helpful), AWS hosting, Gitlab, SSH, Docker. If are not as familiar with IONIC, but are an experienced developer which can focus on our web portal, using PHP and MySQL, then that can also be an option as we have other developers that can update the app using IONIC.
