Designer needed for my Print on Demand T-Shirt Merch by Amazon MBA Design

Im a entrepreneur from Germany who is looking for a great business partner for my T-Shirt ---------- 's based on the Print on Demand Model and the workflow can be described like this:

- I send you a Google Docs list with slogans
- You create good Designs of the slogans
- I will review your work and pay you then

Im hoping to find a long term business partner for the next months. I have around 40-60 Designs per Month for you. All the files should be in an 4500 x 5400 resolution and in a transparent png format
The Designs are mostly for black T-Shirts, so they should be in white colors.

Im willing to pay you 1.5$ per Design (in the beginning).
