I am looking Part time Virtual
Telemarketer for my REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT BUSINESS

REQUIREMENT:
- Speak & Writing English very fluently
- Good communicating directly to Sellers and Buyers
- Knowledges on Lease Option and wholesale aspects
- Call Seller daily to Make Offer, Negotiate and Follow up
- Identify potential property w/o Viewing
- Call Buyer/ LO Tenant to dispose the properties

EXPERIENCE:
- Few years worked with RE investor as Purchase/ Sale
- Understand & develop the sale techniques
- Inboard / Outboard calls
- Manage & Follow up leads daily
- Get the deal under contract
- Relationship & Rapport.
- Computer skill
- Communication skill
