Job Description:

We are searching for talented Technical VA to join our technical team and work on gathering data that will help improve the quality of our products. The right candidate will have experience in data analysis and data collection from pre-defined sources and also the talent for correlating the data within required parameters. The ability to perform under pressure and meeting deadlines will be a prerequisite along with a can do attitude toward tasks carried out. You should be familiar with using general administrative software tools and have to ability to study and learn new software and tools quickly.

Job Responsibilities:
• Acquire data from different sources and update audit report within time limits
• Importing data using an SEO tool (Screaming Frog)
• Validating data, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for audit report (Using COUNTIF, VLOOKUP, checking DUPLICATES)
• Scrubbing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output

Job Requirements:

• Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Encoder/Analyst
• Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
• Experience with MS Office and data programs
• Familiarity with administrative duties
• Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, Zoho and Google Sheets)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Confidentiality
• Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
• Ability to perform all assigned tasks in a timely manner
• Reliable internet connection
• Experience with web development in Wordpress and supporting software/plugins preferred
• Social Media related work
• Data Entry, Data Mining

The right candidate can expect to a remuneration package of around $500 a month as a full-time contractor to Rank Club LLC.
