JOB OVERVIEW

Phase 1: This is an online consultancy website. I need help with user feedback on the site, reaching out to possible leads, proofreading website content/emails and creating automated emails.

? Proofread emails
? Send initial and follow-up marketing emails
? Search social media and online platforms for marketing leads (10 to 30 per day)
? Create automated emails
? Ensure Wix website is functional and up-to-date
? Provide user feedback
? May provide simply technical support, occasionally
2 - 4 hours a day, 4 days per week (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri)

Phase 2: I will need help with creating and updated booking information, ensuring that all appointments are scheduled correctly and managing promotions. Lastly, I will need help with social media, specifically, YouTube Ads and maintaining an ongoing presence on Instagram and Facebook. Raise To Be Determined based on performance and scale of business in 2 to 3 months. Phase tasks include:

? Flagging customer complaints or concerns
? Posting bookings on online consultancy website
? Managing booking calendar
? Updating social media pages and keeping an ongoing presence on comment sections
? Other responsibilities as determined by Proprietor
