Facebook Ads & Landing Page Expert Needed for SEO Consultancy

I've tried doing this myself and am having a very difficult time with it.

The ads I've made have gotten link clicks but that's ---------- lead captures on my landing page.

I need someone with PROVEN results to look at my ads, tell me if my Audience setup is right, and fix it if anything is wrong, then look at my landing page and fix it if anything is wrong.

I NEED LEADS. I do not need a strategist: someone who will just give me ideas. I need someone who can take action and build an ad and landing page and get me leads FAST.

Need someone experienced in running facebook ad campaigns that have gotten LEADS, not just clicks.

I don't need a VA. The best way for me to ignore your cover letter is by telling me you are a VA. I need an expert. Don't care about your resume. I do care if you have results. If you can send m case studies or screenshots of ad campaigns you've done that got leads.
