We specialize in live data analytics and statistical modeling and have clients ranging from the healthcare space to mainstream media. We’re part of the Amazon Partner Network building a platform for highly available hybrid cloud applications.

We are in need of an experienced Virtual Assistant to provide support to our CEO and Executive Team. Our ideal candidate will have minimum 2-4 years of experience in an administrative role supporting senior level executives, is highly organized, and an approachable yet confident personality coupled with good judgement, resourcefulness, and discretion.

Responsibilities:
Full calendar management for CEO
Coordinate and prepare internal and external meetings, including agenda, conference call set up, notes, etc
Prioritize conflicting meetings/needs
Work with CEO to track both professional and personal tasks
Skilled at taking notes in both internal and external meetings, specifically capturing action items, etc
Scheduling, creation, and management of Zoom account/meetings for CEO and development team
Assist in scheduling meetings for development team

Requirements:
Must be available during EST business hours
Excellent calendar management skills
Comfortable speaking with clients
Ability to thrive under pressure, be proactive, flexible, reliable, and punctual
Must use discretion, tact, diplomacy, and good judgement
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with google docs, sheets, slides, and google calendar
Must have reliable internet
