TEAM: OPERATIONS
MVP Mailhouse dedicates small teams to manage each customer’s campaign. Each team has the resources to produce high quality designs that are targeted to the best neighborhoods for each customer. After a campaign is delivered, the team works together to analyze the results and make adjustments to subsequent campaigns.

Operational teams are responsible to make sure that each customer achieves the best possible marketing results and has a delightful experience along the way.

POSITION: PROOFREADER/EDITOR
The Proofreader/Editor is responsible for detecting and correcting errors in written documents, designs, marketing collateral etc. This job entails checking written text for misspellings and inaccuracies prior to printing or client facing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Read and evaluate written text for grammatical and typographical error
- Coordinate with fellow team members to determine the composition of specific texts in postcards and call score notes
- Rephrase written text to ensure structure and content are consistent
- Stay abreast with grammatical development as well as new terminologies in language

REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree most preferably in English, journalism, or mass communication, or in a related field. - Knowledge to standard proofreading practices, procedures and concepts is preferred.
- Ability to identify and rephrase grammatical errors to ensure an error-free text
- Adept to working with diverse team members
- Skilled in correctly assembling words and applying them in writing
- Marketing experience is a nice plus

DETAILS:
- Status: Full-time (~40 hrs per week)
- Work hours: US business hours (PH night shift)
- Location: Virtual team (work from home)
