Marketing Specialist

The Opportunity
We are A.J. and Olivia and we have built up a portfolio of digital marketing products that need some management and marketing love. Olivia and I have spent the last 20+ years as entrepreneurs in the Branding, Digital Marketing, software development, Public Relations, and more recently, the legalized Cannabis industry.

Together, we’ve built some interesting digital properties and are in the process of scaling them. Our organization is a remote operation that is structured around the idea of creating lasting value and a quality of life for everyone on our team. We are looking for someone to be our right-hand person, work closely with A.J. and Olivia to refine and manage what marketing we have and grow these projects into one growth-focused and cohesive effort.

We are interested in growing your skills, and as our work together grows, you’ll get hands-on education and we’ll also pay to make sure you are getting top-notch training from the best around.

We are seeking someone who is passionate, smart, self-motivated that can grow into being a partner in our various businesses. You’ll have the opportunity to earn profit sharing as your capabilities grow.

The work would begin with a focus on marketing and processes. The day-to-day for the marketing specialist will be processes and systems intensive. Because you will be the first hire at such an early stage in the company, there is the opportunity to design and shape these processes and have a large impact on the entire company.

The Role:
As the marketing right-hand person in a growing company, your missions will be varied.

Some of the responsibilities you'll have to handle will include:
Project Management
Funnel Building
Content Creation
Marketing Plans
Client Acquisition
Reporting
Client communications/Customer Support (via email)
Management of other marketing resources

Develop strong experience with marketing, funnels, growth and content development
Manage the marketing team (future)
Manage marketing vendors
Work side-by-side with the team to grow our user bases.

You will need to be independent, have a true sense of responsibility and urgency and be passionate.

The Nitty Gritty
Salary is commensurate with experience and enthusiasm.

The role is 100% remote, you can work from anywhere you choose, so long as have a fast and consistent internet connection, your own computer and a webcam.

The hours in which you work are flexible to a degree. We do want overlap with Olivia and A.J. for approximately 50% of your time to answer questions in real-time and be available for scheduled meetings.
