VA/Customer service agent

Roles/Responsibilities:
1. Customer service - Emails/Chat alongside our backend
2. Social media posts - Simple graphic editing needed - easy to learn
3. Emailing influencers and following marketing emails up

Qualities required:
- Great English and customer service skills
- Good technical skills: inc. Some basic graphic design
- Very hardworking -
- Long-term availability


You will be asked to answer the following questions when submitting a proposal:

What other things are you doing at the moment aside from freelancing in terms of Jobs/Study? And how many freelance projects do you have?
a) Have you used with an eCommerce platform before and which one? b) What is your technical ability like? What softwares can you use?
What attributes or principles are necessary when dealing with difficult customers?
What is your experience with WRITTEN English? Have you written any essays?
What is your internet connection speed? As we will be using Team Viewer from time to time.
