Linkedin Managing Account

I am looking for someone who will write new Linkedin and Xing contacts a message based of a ready-made text.
If these are accepted, they will be entered in an Excel list and after a week without an answer a second one should be sent.
When the contact answers, we take and contact the customer.
A maximum of 200 unanswered requests should be open.

You can also writh your own Text if it better performce.
