->> SuperStar Team Leader for Vacation Rental Biz in Australia<--
Do you want to work from home? We are looking for a 20 hour a week Team Leader (additional hours may be available if you have skillsets we can use such - see below).

We have an awesome Phillipines based team of 7 staff that works across guest services, listings, owner services, accounting, marketing etc. Your primary role is working with the Guest Services Team. But some coordination with the other staff is required.

This is not a position for just anyone! We are looking for someone who enjoys motivating a team, helping guests to have an awesome holiday (including their fur kids!), is committed to continuously improving their work and the work of those in their team. We can offer stability, support, 13th month, and more.

Ideally you will have experience in the vacation rental space such as AirBNB, Homeaway and/or VRBO. if you don’t, then you will need to wow us with your awesome experience in another sector.

You need to be:
Organised
Reliable
Diligent
Thorough
Have incredible attention to detail.
Have excellent English Communication skills - especially in writing
Able to work at least one shift over the weekend plus some weekdays
Able to motivate and support a team
A quick learner
Able to handle multiple tasks at once (but also be systematic)
Trustworthy and have integrity.

Bonus points for skills such as:
- customer complaint handling experience
- business analysis
- marketing experience
- social media experience
- anything other skills that we can use within our business

Your Infrastructure
- you need to have a desktop computer or laptop
- a high speed, reliable internet connection
- a back up power source or the ability to go somewhere else in the event of a brownout or blackout (we know that on some occasions this just won’t be possible)
- a quality headset (though phone calls are very rare)

Your usual tasks will be:
- supporting and motivating staff
_ overseeing the roster
- ensuring the team does their work quickly and accurately
- responding to complaints and negative reviews (not that we have many of them - we are 4.7/5 on TrustPilot!)
- resolving issues that are escalated to you from the team
- developing/innovating processes that will benefit the team and the company
- managing pricing
- coordinating the onboarding of new properties and their owners
- developing training for staff as required
- ensuring pricing is responding to market forces and occupancy (in collaboration with the owner)
- monitoring reports to check for performance
