Inside Sales Advisor
Reports to: Business Manager
Summary
The Inside Sales Advisor role is ideal for those who have an entrepreneurial mindset and the desire to manage your own territory with built-in team support. Alexander DM offers the resources of a large retail store with a local family boutique feel. In this role, you will cultivate new relationships and maintain strong associations with owners and managers of local jewelry stores. You will be responsible for developing new business, driving sales results, cultivating existing relationships, while providing superior onsite services, advice and subject matter expertise to your clientele.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and respond to leads per day generating from outbound/inbound calls, chat, marketing, in an effort to establish new clients and place orders for existing clients
- Coordinates with order taking personnel in processing of order
- Coordinates with client on the requirement and monitor the status of its order fulfillment.
- Adhere to national/local outbound/inbound calling compliance laws and regulations.
- Execute with the competency to maintain high quality territory management activities, including, building relationships and providing education while developing and building brand awareness.
- Nurturing leads into sales opportunities and revenue
- Deliver sales presentations and utilize effective sales techniques in order to influence target markets
- Analyzes territory / market potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customer value to the organization
- Maintains professional communication with management regarding activities, customer needs, and other business opportunities
- Utilize CRM tools effectively and according to service level expectation in order to maintain a organization sales pipeline and keep management informed
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Must have a one or more years of inside or outside sales/business to business sales experience
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong analytical, communications, and interpersonal skills
- Solid work ethic and a strong customer focus with 100% focus on new business development
- Must be adaptable, innovative, and a team player
- Must be organized, persuasive, determined to drive success
- Strong attention to detail
- Working knowledge of sales operations including: data/reports, call planning, and sales tactics
