You will be doing a variety of tasks, almost all of which I will create tutorials for you.
Somethings I have in mind for you to do in the immediate future is,
*Pre Qualifying leads with a list of questions I have prepared for you.
*Schedule home showings with good leads.
*Posting blog posts to our website and
*Posting ads to craigslist daily.
*Sending and responding to
*Call old leads to find out if they are in a lease and when they will want to move.

Some online ads experience is a plus as I will have you do some of this, but I will teach you just about everything you need to know.
The following skills are a must:
Expertise in customer service
Great communication skills via phone,
Strong knowledge of Google Docs and Google Calendar
Some knowledge of real estate sales and leasing.
Pay: TBD, this will depend on your level of skill and other people that apply to the job.
I am looking for a Full-Time or Part-Time employee
*You can work as much as you want. I will pay you a salary but if you work extra hours you will get paid.
