JOB OVERVIEW

Growing Real-Estate investment company is looking for a dedicated Lead Appointment Caller and Coordinator to handle company prospecting leads.

We are looking for someone to work Part-Time.

Typical Shift Options:
* Starts at 11am-3pm Eastern Time (New York), and 5pm-8pm ET, Mon-Fri. And then Saturday 10am-3pm ET
* 10-20/hours per week
* Hourly pay, rate Increase will depend on your performance & productivity within 2 months, or bonus for appointments set and deals done.

MUST HAVE:
A workplace free of noise
A decent computer headset with mic
Minimum 5mbps WIRED INTERNET & Backup
Minimum 1 yr experience on outbound phone sales and/or customer service.

Previous real estate experience cold calling, appointment setting and telemarketing is a HUGE ---------- TE:
Typing skills at least 30 wpm as you type notes while with the prospect is on the line.
I am looking for candidates who can start immediately with near-native spoken English.
Reliable who can show up to work consistently everyday.
Positive Attitude who is willing to be coached and open to constructive criticism to be better as quickly as possible.
