We are a small U.S. based internet services company. We are in need of a link builder / webmaster with specific skills. We want to hire a full-time employee that has expert level html skills. Do you know html? What html editor are you most familiar with? Do you know link building? What tools have you used for link building efforts? Can you give us a summary of your link building process?
