FT Content Writer/Researcher Wanted

Hello,

My Name is Jimmy and I operate a 10-year-old company in the Real Estate industry here in the U.S. We've done a lot so far with very minimal Social Media exposure, and I know we can do even more with it. That's why you're reading this Job Posting right now. We are looking for an amazing writer that will help us create and update our blog. You will be responsible for researching various topics (business, real estate, work-life balance, etc.) and writing two 900+ word articles per week, and preparing the transcripts of our weekly videos for social media posts. (we currently do 3 videos per week.) These will be your primary duties, and you will also back up our office manager when she's away from the office (which is rare, but it does happen.)

How does this sound so far? Because this is a forward-facing position, it is critical that you be excellent in your written & oral communications (this is a must.) The PERFECT Candidate will be college-educated (advanced degrees in communications, nursing or journalism are a huge plus), experienced at producing content for the web (at least 3 years in a paid position doing this), be Creative (boring writing is the worst), and they have to really enjoy writing & expressing themselves (many people can write, but they just don't want to... this is not who we're looking for.)

Here's the topic, "What are 3 fun ways a 16-year old can earn $500 in 7-days or less?" The article must be at least 300 words, and when submitting the article put "I am a Writer" in the subject line.
