Ideally 'm looking for the following:

Someone that has worked with Amazons FBA program and has experience working with a private brand product and marketing it and has set up e-comerece web stores

web master-wordpress-- website to be built

SEO-Linking, SMM, especially Facebook advertising and marketing. If you have graphics or content writing would be a big plus. Also auto responder experience with Aweber.

***But the most important thing I need from my VA is

1. They must speak great English to speak with our customers over the phone. If you do not feel comfortable talking on the phone, please don.t apply.

2. You must be very good at trying out new ideas, implementing them quickly.

3. And most important and that you are able to breakdown complex issues and be able to communicate with me.

This is by far the biggest issue "Communication" that will Guarantee Success.
